Ordinal Intelligence Inc. operates Ordint Recruiting, a recruiting dashboard currently in development. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit or use the service.
Information we collect
The current preview displays public test content. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic account information, such as your Google account identifier, email address, and name. Account and access features may also store roles, invitations, session records, and administrative activity.
We process technical information, such as IP addresses, request details, and timestamps, in service and security logs. Where sign-in is available, essential cookies support authentication and session security.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, verify identity, manage access, deliver account-related emails, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. Google Sign-In is used for identity verification and does not grant this dashboard access to your Gmail messages.
We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
Storage and sharing
We use service providers, including Amazon Web Services for hosting and Google for sign-in, to support the service. Information may be processed by these providers as needed to provide their services, by authorized personnel and application administrators, or disclosed when required by law.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to operate the service and meet security, audit, and legal requirements. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some security and audit records, and backup copies, may remain after account deletion for these purposes.
